This is a four hour course. Your employees will gain an understanding of what a proper ergonomic program should encompass. We will discuss how improvements can be made to the work environment in order to minimize employee discomfort and risks of injury. In addition, students will learn about how the body works, how injuries are caused, the risk factors associated with office work, and methods to reduce and/or eliminate those risk factors.
